One of my latest and most notable projects was my involvement in the Stream Digital Platform Minimum Viable Product. The project involved redefining how the Water Sector shared data, to help increase trust, drive innovation and solve problems like wastewater, leaks and pollution. We designed and built a sleek, user-friendly digital platform that accurately reflected Stream's forward-thinking ethos. We used the Design Thinking Process to first understand and empathise with our user group, before we ideated and explore different concepts. Using the power of research we were able to narrow the key use cases and concepts. We then used our technical skills to build and release this key platform, all within a 3 month window.

I ensured all the designs were responsive by default to enable seamless functionality across all devices and optimised the site's UI/UX design to enhance user navigation and engagement. The project has been a resounding success and led to a marked increase in Stream's Brand across different touch points, as well increased engagement across the Water Sector.
