Overview
For the MAISON CIPRO website redesign, I began with a light discovery phase, conducting stakeholder interviews to uncover user needs and expectations. Through this process, I identified key pain points and opportunities for improvement. I then mapped out the user journey and performed a detailed analysis of competitors in the luxury fragrance market to inform our strategy.
Using insights from the discovery phase, I broke down user needs into core features, which served as the foundation for ideation. I created low-fidelity wireframes, gathered feedback, and iterated before developing the final product using a low-code platform. After launching the initial version, we conducted user testing to refine the experience further, incorporating valuable feedback from real users.
The result was a significant increase in customer engagement and major investments into the product line by investors following the launch.
