At Anglian Water, I led a transformative project addressing a critical challenge – the management of water supply interruptions. The regulatory stakes were high, with penalties escalating for every second beyond three hours. Our mission was to empower the tactical operations team, shorten event durations, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Focused on regulatory compliance, we aimed to streamline event management processes. By understanding the nuances of regulatory penalties, we crafted solutions that not only met compliance standards but also significantly reduced the duration of water supply interruptions.

As the product designer, my primary role was to be the voice of the user. Through collaborative sessions with stakeholders and end users, I gained insights into their pain points and requirements.
